Parish Council

The Parish Council is made up of five seats. The Councillors in post are Chair - Tania Farrow, Deputy Chair - Jon Klass, Richard Gilmore, Lisa Finch and Caron Chalkley .  

All the Parish Council's minutes and agenda are published on this site so you can see what the council does.  All meetings are open to any member of the public to attend.  Issues may be raised by members of the public at the discretion of the Chair.

All meetings to take place at 7:30 pm at Denham Village Hall, Hoxne Road, Denham unless otherwise stated on the agenda.  Meeting dates may change check the agendas for actual dates.  Additional meetings may also be convened to discuss urgent matters, agendas will be published on this website.

Any person who may find difficulty in access to the meeting through disability is asked to advise the Clerk at least 24 hours before the meeting so that every effort may be made to provide access.

The Parish Council has some powers but unfortunately does not have any power relating to highways or refuse. However, on behalf of our parishioners we are happy to report problems such as potholes and flytipping to the relevant authorities (Suffolk County Council and Mid Suffolk District Council respectively). If you do have any concerns, please email them to the Clerk at the address below or come along to any Parish Council meeting.
